3. HORSE RACES AT THE TRACK ON 2

Experience the thrill of Standardbred Horse Racing at The Track on 2, located just west of Lacombe, with free admission and parking, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Gates open one hour prior to post time, and the races typically span 3-4 hours. Satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst with available food and beverage options (outside food and beverage not permitted) and choose between indoor air-conditioned or outdoor seating for your comfort!

4. LIVE MUSIC AT THE VELVET OLIVE

Composed of Tae Kim on piano, Chris Larsen on bass, and Tony Flanagan on drums, Out of Pocket seeks to explore both traditional and contemporary concepts in jazz. Influences include the trios of Chick Corea, Keith Jarrett, and Hiromi Uehara, which have set the standard for piano trios. Cover for the show is by cash donation or they can add to your bar tab. Guests will be seated on first come first served.

5. LIVE MUSIC ON ROSS STREET PATIO

6. MEET A CRITTER AT KERRY WOOD NATURE CENTRE

7. GASOLINE ALLEY FARMERS MARKET

Join the crew at Capstone for free monthly bike cruises across Red Deer's Waskasoo Park trail system. All are welcome, whatever your skill level - fun comes first! All you need is your bike gear and water bottle(helmets are required if under 18). The bike cruise will be approximately 1.5 hours in length, with post-ride thirst quenching at Troubled Monk immediately following.
