BALMORAL GOLF COURSE:
Balmoral Golf Course originally opened in 1963 with nine holes and sand greens, and later expanded to 18 holes with grass greens in 1967. At Balmoral, they aim to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all golfers. The course features wide fairways and minimal water hazards, which makes it an appealing option for new players. However, the length of the course provides a fair challenge for experienced players as well. They take pride in being a family-owned and operated business for three generations, and strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all golfers.

RIVER BEND GOLF & RECREATION AREA:
The River Bend Golf Course is surrounded by the majestic Red Deer River, as well as 420 acres of forested parkland. This top-notch golf destination boasts an 18-hole championship course with a par 72, a 9-hole Mini-Links course, a large Driving Range that includes both matt and grass tees, as well as two pitching greens and a large putting green. The Golf Course is staffed with first-class CPGA professionals at the Teaching Centre, and you can also enjoy dining at the Grill Restaurant & Patio with full food and beverage services available for the Banquet facilities in the Clubhouse.

THE NURSERY GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB:
The Nursery Golf and Country Club is conveniently situated off of Hwy 2, north of Lacombe, Alberta. This golf course provides an ideal getaway for individuals seeking to escape the urban bustle for a day or for companies searching for a central location to host Corporate Tournaments. 2. HORSE EXPO AT WESTERNER PARK

3. NEW EXHIBIT AT THE LACOMBE MUSEUM
From April 28 to July 1 the Flatiron Building Museum Gallery will be hosting Country Hall, Community Hubs an exhibit by the Lacombe Museum. Immerse yourself in the thriving communities of Lacombe County’s rural districts from their very beginnings. When neighbours banded together to build rural schools in a brand new province, through the many dances and suppers hosted in schools and community halls, to community halls as they survive today.

5. THE RED DEER SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: BAROQUE DELIGHTS

10. VISIT KERRY WOOD NATURE CENTRE
Located in The City of Red Deer, on the south bank of the Red Deer River the Kerry Wood Nature Centre is Central Alberta’s year-round destination for environmental education.
