Check out the Capstone Night Market that is overlooking the Red Deer River at Canada 150 Square. The market is set to run on Friday, May 19th from 5:00-9:30 pm. This twinkly event will come to life in the Capstone area. There will be food trucks onsite, live entertainment with local musical talent. 4. THE MARKET AT RED DEER
The Market at Red Deer opens for the season this Saturday, May 20, 2023 at its new location at Red Deer Polytechnic. The Market runs every Saturday from May long weekend until Thanksgiving weekend and is open from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. The Market brings farm-fresh produce into the heart of Red Deer and a vast array of other goods, services, and entertainment.

5. WOODY’S RV MARATHON
Woody’s RV Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k, are happening on Sunday, May 21. The race takes runners through Red Deer’s picturesque park and trail system. Experience scenic winding paths along the majestic Red Deer River. With small race charm and big race benefits, this annual event is repeatedly ranked among Alberta’s best races. The race location is Ecole Camille J. Lerouge School, if you see runners on the trails this Sunday, make sure to cheer them on.
