Get spooky with Fort Normandeau this Friday & Saturday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm with Family Fright. There will be clues to follow, a scavenger hunt, tricks, treats and so much more! Entry is $20/family and pre-registration is required. For those ages 14 and up, Festival of Fright features with escape rooms, lots of tricks and treats and tons of other spooky surprises. The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame will be getting into the spirit of Halloween with a two-part event. First, their Halloween Spooktacular on Friday from 12 - 4 pm with covid-friendly games, crafts and goodie bags. Drop-in and enjoy at just $10/family, which includes entry into the museum. Then, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm on Friday evening, they will be hosting a family movie night with popcorn and refreshments provided for just $20! Join the Boys & Girls Club of Red Deer and District as we celebrate the frightful season with a Hocus Pocus Scavenger Hunt. This is a 30-hour event that engages groups of family and friends to embark on a fun and safe adventure in completing a series of 30 photo challenges, starting Saturday at noon till Sunday at 6 pm. The kiddos are all dressed up and itching to go trick or treating then why not head to Sylvan Lake this Sunday from 2 - 5 pm and enjoy their Downtown Trick-or-Treat event. Keep an eye open for the “Treats Here” posters. However, beware that some of the businesses may have more than just treats!

You can also head down to Chillabongs Bar and Grill for their Halloween Party with See Alice, live music, dancing and prizes for best Halloween costumes. Remember they are part of the Restrictive Exemption Program, so please come prepared.
