4. GASOLINE ALLEY FARMERS MARKET
Explore the Gasoline Alley Farmers' Market this weekend for a delightful experience that's perfect for gearing up for the autumn season and Thanksgiving. Immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere filled with an array of local vendors offering seasonal produce, artisanal crafts, and a variety of delightful treats. Karaoke Night in the Market Kitchen is back on Saturday, October 7th! Join them from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm for a fun evening of delicious local food and drinks, and of course, lots of singing. It’s free to take part. The Market Kitchen is located inside the Gasoline Alley Farmers' Market. When the main market is closed, you can access the Market Kitchen through the glass doors at the north end of the farmers' market building.

5. NEW EXHIBIT AT LACOMBE MUSEUM
The Flatiron Building Museum Gallery will be unveiling a new exhibit called: The Ones We Met: Inuit Traditional Knowledge and the Franklin Expedition. This exhibition explores the importance of Qaujimajatuqangit — Inuit traditional knowledge — which made it possible to determine the fate of the Franklin Expedition, which had set out in 1845 to complete a Northwest Passage. For generations, Inuit shared memories of meetings with sick and starving men, as well as visits to an abandoned ship locked in the ice.
