Red Deer Lights the Night means not just lighting up one night but many.

Red Deer Lights the Night means not just lighting up one night but many. This weekend you are invited downtown to enjoy the various Christmas Light displays in City Hall Park, Ross Street Patio and Capstone.

The Vesta Energy Curling Classic, known as the Red Deer Curling Classic, an integral part of the World Curling Tour, is happening at the Pidherney Centre this Friday until Monday. Spectators are welcome, and you can buy day or weekend passes to get the chance to witness these fantastic world-class curlers.

There are still tickets available on The Polar Express this Sunday from 6:30 to7:30 pm departure. Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the story as they are whisked away on this fantastical train trip.

The Red Deer Festival of Trees is back this weekend at the Prairie Pavilion in Westerner Park. Join them to view the trees and participate in the Silent Auction or check out their Christmas market in the Tree Room.
