The Red Deer Rebels take on the Regina Pats on Saturday, October 1 at the Peavey Mart Centrium at Westerner Park. The doors open at 6:00 pm and the puck drops at 7:00 pm. Click here for tickets and more information.
Heritage Ranch is hosting 3 Bands & a BBQ on Friday, September 30. Join them at Heritage Ranch for an evening of delicious food and live music. Let the music and intricate flavours from 12-hour smoked brisket serenade you into the night. The three select bands are Juke, Memphis Mafia Band, and The Shameful Hussies. Craft Beer Commonwealth is hosting a Brews & Blüms Floral Workshop on Friday, September 30 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Learn tips and tricks in designing your very own fall bouquet. The cost is $70 and all the supplies are included and comes with your drink of choice! Craft beer Commonwealth is in the gasoline alley market.
The Red Deer Rock N' Gem Show is also at Westerner Park from Friday, September 30 - Sunday, October 2, 2022. This fun event is dedicated to the world of gemstones and minerals. Not only will you find a huge array of gemstones, beads, crystals, jewelry, and fossils at the event, but you can participate in workshops, learn how to bead, flint knap, or wire wrap, and even see the world's largest sapphire! The Mesozoic Safari is at Westerner Park. This event is happening from Friday, September 30 - Sunday, October 2, 2022. They are bringing some of the past's most legendary animals back to life in this 10-day- long interactive exhibit. Take a walk through our prehistoric jungle to find your way to 17 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, Interactive programs, classes, scavenger hunts, guest speakers and so much more. Paint of Interest is hosting a Pottery and Free Pizza Party on Friday, September 30 at 7:00 pm. Head down and paint pottery while you enjoy some delicious free pizza and a movie chosen by the group on the night of the event!
