1. ICE SCULPTURES ON ROSS STREET PATIO
Check out the new ice sculptures on Ross Street Patio that were unveiled on Thursday, January 26, 2023.

Bo’s Bar and Stage, the Velvet Olive, and the Vat present the first annual Cold Front Music Festival. This music festival runs all weekend at all three locations. Friday's line-up for Bo’s is Wolf Renegade, Humble Cartel, Scenic Route to Alaska, and Red Hot Hayseeds. 3. GASOLINE ALLEY FARMERS MARKET BIRTHDAY PARTY
Celebrate Gasoline Alley Farmers’ Market being open for two years. Join them on Saturday, January 28 for a day of fun activities. Face painting from 12:00 – 3:00 pm, live music, and balloon animals from 1:00-3:00 pm.

5. COMEDY NIGHT AT THE TRACK ON 2

6. BULLSKIT COMEDY PRESENTS MAESTRO
Bull Skit Comedy is bringing Maestro Impro™, a format that has been played in over 20 countries worldwide. Maestro was created by impro legend Keith Johnstone and it allows improvisers of various backgrounds and experiences to challenge and play with one another while entertaining the audience in a competition-style show.

7. PARKLAND GARDEN CENTRE WINTER MARKET
Parkland Garden Centre is hosting a Winter Mini Market every Saturday in January and February from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

8. SHERLOCK HOOVES WINTER TRACKING AT KERRY WOOD NATURE CENTRE
Every day the residents of the Sanctuary leave a story in the snow. Join an Interpreter for a walk along the 1 km trail to learn more about the comings and goings of local animals.

9. RV SHOW & SALE AT WESTERNER PARK
Woody's RV World and Southside Dodge will be bringing their best deals down to the grounds from January 27 - 29, 2023.

There are plenty of outdoor skating opportunities in Red Deer, but Bower Ponds has long been one of the most popular and scenic skating locations in the area and they also have skate rentals.
