You do your thing. Leave the rest to us.
Hey coach, take it easy on yourself and book the team in at the Ramada Red Deer. It’s close to where you play, has a fitness centre, waterslide, pool and free hot breakfast. You’ll even have time for a soak in the hot tub.
Close to playing
The Ramada Red Deer is right off the QEII, so before you get to hear all 99 wall-bottles fall, you’re already here. You’re welcome. And with the time you’ll save driving, you can ignite and inspire your team at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame, just nine minutes down the road. Wearing themselves out, they will try every sport, hero-worship in the hall of fame and have a bunch of fun together.
Red Deer sports venues
In the morning, you’ll also be close to your venues: a short 10 minutes down the highway to the Enmax Centrium at Westerner Park, 12 minutes to the NHL-sized rink at the Kinex arena and next door to Edgar Athletic Park for soccer and ball.
All that beautiful energy
At some point you’ll need to send off the team to test the Red Deer Ramada’s amenities: a bright fitness centre, indoor pool and curvy blue waterslide. You’ll be in the hot tub until they find you again. And there, all piled in, you’ll have their (mostly) quiet attention to offer golden nuggets of wisdom: be thankful, dream big, eat breakfast…
A word about food
As your coach, I feel it incumbent on me to convince you of the power of a hot breakfast. Please, please, complement those gigantic bowls of candy-coloured loops with some healthy real fruit, cold milk, hot protein and a fresh fluffy waffle.
Celebrate after your games with the city’s #1 ranked team-food at Western Pizza – just seven minutes away. Or try the other best pizza in town at George’s Pizza – a short six minutes away from quiet movie time, microwave popcorn and bed.
