Cinco de Mayo, which translates to "fifth of May" in Spanish, is an annual celebration observed on May 5th to honor Mexico's triumph at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. From signature margaritas to salsa dancing the night away, here are 5 ways in which the central Alberta area is marking the occasion.
