My Trip Itinerary

Belly Hop Brewing

Craft beer brewed in north Red Deer. Visit their tap room on Edgar Ind. Drive (8105 Edgar Industrial Dr.) for drinkable beers in a casual spot.

Troubled Monk Brewery

Troubled Monk is a family owned and operated craft brewery and distillery located in Red Deer, Alberta, specializing in award winning beer, and flavourful craft sodas and spirits. Join us in our rustic taproom, where our team of taproom experts will help you find the perfect beverage!

Private: Craft Beer Nation

When they thought about creating Craft Beer Nation, they knew certain things were important. First and foremost is the experience for the customer. They wanted to create a place that people could come, feel welcome, feel comfortable and be among beer people. People who know, love and appreciate everything that is craft beer.

Wild Brewing Company

Wild Brewing Company in Red Deer was ahead of the trend when they opened the first Kombucha taproom in the nation. Kombucha is a healthful fermented tea that originated more than 2000 years ago. Filled with probiotics, it is a cool, fizzy beverage that is a healthy alternative to soda pop. Popular flavours at Wild Brewing include Elderberry Lavender, Vanilla Cherry, Blueberry Mint, Raspberry Ginger and Strawberry Basil. They’re always experimenting with new flavours, so it’s fun to pop by their taproom and do some sampling. You’ll also find their kombucha in central Alberta stores.

Something Brewing

A small brewery in Red Deer, Something Brewing is a unique brewery with a British inspiration. Try their ‘Delicious Dark Side Schwarzbier’, inspired by the Star Wars franchise, or their ‘Gimme that Nutt Brown Ale’.

Sawback Brewing Co.

Sawback is a taproom-focused brewery, specializing in small-batch craft beer. While we remain loyal to the almighty IPA, the goal is to consistently offer something for everyone within our taproom. Light, Dark, Sour or Wild, we are exploring all things craft beer!

Red Shed Malting

The sophisticated beer consumer is seeking more complex flavours and a better understanding of what goes into their craft beer. Red Shed Malting is the missing link in the chain between the barley grower and the brewmaster. Their family farm has grown barley in Alberta since 1929 and Red Shed Malting crafts a traceable, local, and specialized malt that brewmasters use to create beer with consistently more flavour. They supply in 50lb bags to as small as 1lb and are currently producing a base, biscuit, amber, light chocolate, chocolate and roasted barley.

Red Hart Brewing

Red Hart Brewing is the newest craft brewery to the Red Deer area. Drop by their newly opened Tap Room, Wednesday through Sunday starting at 2 pm. Red Hart Brewing uses its platform to serve the community, with their motto being “Drink Good Beer, Do Good Things”.

Field & Forge Brewing Co
