Main Floor
The Festival Hall Main Floor offers a spacious and versatile event space, ideal for weddings, celebrations, meetings, and community gatherings. The hall includes 22 six-foot round tables that seat up to 8 guests each, 35 eight-foot rectangular tables that seat up to 8 guests each, and 500 dark brown cloth-covered chairs.
Capacity
For seated functions: Main Hall capacity is 400 people with tables and chairs for a maximum of 300 people.
For non-seated functions: Main Hall capacity is 590 people.
For non-seated functions: Mezzanine capacity is 102 people.
Bar Service & Alcohol Rentals
For events serving alcohol, Festival Hall requires the use of in-house bartenders (minimum of two) and security services. Corkage services are available and include plastic cups for regular drinks, wine, and shooters, along with stir sticks, soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Ginger Ale, 7UP, club soda, and tonic water), juices (cranberry, Clamato, pineapple, and grapefruit), ice, lemons, limes, and all ingredients required for Caesars.
Booking Information
Keys are not provided for rentals. A designated contact must meet the caretakers at the doors upon arrival. Caretakers will wait a maximum of 20 minutes, so renters are asked to arrive on time and provide the name and phone number of the person meeting the caretakers.
Clean-up services are available as an add-on, with staff handling post-event cleaning. Renters are responsible for taking down and removing personal belongings and event materials.
Hourly rentals are available for a minimum of three hours from Sunday to Friday. Saturdays are not available for hourly rentals and require a full-day booking.
