Afternoon Workshop
This workshop will focus on performance metrics that relate to social media marketing and communications. We will look at what online tools are available to assist with measuring social media’s effect on an organization. Some topics include:

  • Identifying and defining social media metrics
  • Understanding social media influence
  • Reputation management
  • Social media measurement tools
