Brunch or dinner, you choose! Bo’s Bar & Stage has partnered with Stems Flowers & Café to bring you the ultimate Mother’s Day feast. Don’t delay, orders must be placed by tonight (Friday, May 7) leave the hard work to Bo’s and serve a delicious feast to a deserving soul.

Little Red Barn is a lovely place to stop for some delicious food and coffee, on the patio or to go. They will be closed temporarily as of Sunday, so be sure to swing by early and pick up that perfect Mother’s Day gift that she will be thrilled to receive.

Discovery Wildlife Park is excited to announce that they are open to foot traffic after following all of AHS’s new restrictions! With so much open space to explore this could be a great way to entertain the kids and spend quality time with mom. Be sure to look for the super cute Piper and Bos, these baby bears were to have a Baby Bear Shower this Mother’s Day, but due to restrictions has been postponed to a later date, TBA!

Order some take-out from a local restaurant like Cilantro and Chive – Red Deer and head out to one of the many city parks for a picnic. Mom will appreciate not cooking and enjoy the fresh air. Or order one of their unique Cilantro and Chive Take & Finish Meals to enjoy at home, specially created for Mother’s Day.

Everyone loves tacos and beer, including mom! Red Hart Brewing will have Taco Monster food truck on-site from noon to 6:00 pm, sip some beer and chow down on some delicious tacos while enjoying their sunny patio, then grab some off sales to go.

Does your mom have a sweet tooth? Then Sweet Market Esso located in Gasoline Alley has a huge selection of unique treats. Create a candy gift basket that she will be delighted to receive, and if you’re lucky, she might be willing to share.

DNA Gardens Our Roots Delidais Estate Wines can be found at the Gasoline Alley Farmers’ Market. Try a wine that describes your mom, as well as their wines, perhaps the Determined Yellow Chokecherry, Fearless Apple or Sweetheart Strawberry wine, will do. Can’t decide on just one? Then how about a basket of wine paired with some preserves and other homemade goodies fresh from the farm.

Take mom out for a round of golf at Whispering Pines Golf & Country Club Resort and grab some food to go from their restaurant to enjoy post-game.
