Dose Coffee˚

Dose Coffee is a locally owned specialty café and coffee roastery in Red Deer, established in 2011. Coffee beans are roasted at a dedicated production facility in the north end of the city, where house-made syrups, teas, and cold-brew products are also created. The roastery supplies wholesale coffee throughout Central Alberta and partners with numerous cafés, restaurants, and local businesses.

The café, located in the Capstone area, features a full coffee program—including espresso, filter, and seasonal drinks—paired with freshly baked pastries, house-made syrups, and a simple, approachable food menu. The mission of Dose Coffee is to craft coffee that everyone can enjoy, with a focus on high-quality roasting and production. Each batch is handled with care and attention to detail, from green bean sourcing through to the final cup.

Since opening, Dose Coffee has maintained a commitment to ethical sourcing and transparency, working with exceptional producers around the world and roasting in small batches to showcase each bean’s unique origin and flavour profile.

Dose Coffee is proud to support the local community, collaborating with organizations such as the Central Alberta Bicycle Club, the Red Deer Run Club, and McBain Camera group rides, runs, and meet-ups. Whether someone stops in for a quick coffee, picks up beans for home, or attends a community event, Dose Coffee aims to provide a thoughtful, high-quality experience rooted in Red Deer’s café culture.
