Girls ages 7-14 and the special women in their lives are invited to attend this special event to learn from inspiring and knowledgeable women what it’s like to have a career in nature, biology and environmental sciences. Participants will gain a better understanding of the natural world through engaging presentations and participate in a mini BioBlitz to learn species identification skills. All girls must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is an outdoor event so dress for the weather. Space is limited and preregistration is required. To register email naturekids@naturealberta.ca and indicate the date of the event you wish to participate in and the number of participants who will be attending.
