Whether it’s their time, talent or life experience, seniors’ contributions are at the heart of many community programs and charitable organizations that improve quality of life for Red Deerians.

The City offers a wide variety of recreation services for all levels, abilities and interests that can help Red Deer seniors stay healthy and connected.

During Seniors’ Week, June 2-8, 2019, seniors (age 65+) receive free access to all four City recreation facilities and drop in programs. Participating facilities include:

– Collicutt Centre
– G.H. Dawe Community Centre
– Michener Aquatic Centre
– Recreation Centre

There are many drop in activities available to choose from, including swimming, yoga, fitness, water workouts, pickleball and more!

Drop in for a free coffee and chat with our staff about the activities that are right for you.

Facility hours of operation and drop in schedules can be found at www.reddeer.ca/recreation.

For more information, visit www.reddeer.ca/seniors, call 403-309-8411 or email recreation@reddeer.ca.
