Juniors compete in the “Wild Card” Rising Stars Rodeo on Saturday August 25, 2018. The winner from each event will be guaranteed a spot to compete for the title of Rising Stars Canadian Finals Rodeo Junior Champion during the Canadian Finals Rodeos performance on Saturday November 3, 2018 at the ENMAX Centrium. The Wild Card Rodeo will cap entries to 40 per event, including Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, Team Roping and Barrel Racing. $1,000 in prize money will be awarded per event along with a buckle.
