Taste of Jamaica Join us for a vibrant 2-hour culinary experience celebrating the bold, sunny flavours of Jamaica. Start the evening with crisp plantain chips served alongside a Jamaican-style mango chutney. Students will then prepare the star of the night — authentic jerk chicken — learning the balance of spice, heat, and aromatics that make this dish iconic. The meal is paired with classic Jamaican rice and peas. To finish on a sweet note, each guest will take home a traditional cornmeal pudding.
