Lebanon Table – Cooking Class

Join us for an evening of traditional Lebanese flavours and hands-on cooking. Prepare two classic dishes from scratch, then finish the evening with a traditional dessert prepared by Chef Lauren Milne.
Course One – Fatayer bi-Sabanegh
Traditional Lebanese spinach hand pies with lemon, onion, and aromatic spices.
Main Course – Djej bi-Thoum wa Laymoun
Tender Lebanese-style chicken with fresh lemon, garlic, olive oil, and fragrant herbs.
Dessert – Karbouj Halab
Delicate meringue-coated biscuits filled with walnuts and pistachios, prepared and served by Chef Lauren Milne.
