Her Inspired Journey ~ Women’s Wellness Weekend returns to Red Deer for its fourth year on September 19 & 20, 2026, bringing women together for two days of connection, inspiration, wellness and personal growth.
Created and hosted by Central Alberta co-founders Anita Adrain and Cheryl Viczko, the weekend features 13 speakers, four interactive workshops, wellness experiences, vendors, catered lunches and refreshments, and opportunities for women to connect through meaningful conversation and community.
The weekend is centered around four areas of life — Home, Heart, Health and HarMONEy — creating opportunities for women to explore what may be next in their lives.
The 2026 event also includes a special Saturday evening performance featuring Zandra Bell as Shirley Best.
Her Inspired Journey welcomes women from Red Deer, Central Alberta and beyond, whether attending on their own or sharing the weekend with friends.
Dress for Success Central Alberta returns as the event’s Charity of Choice, extending the weekend’s focus on supporting and empowering women within the local community.
