Make a dandelion salve, excellent for relieving sore muscles and joints, with plants harvested at Ellis Nature Centre. Make salve at the workshop and take more dandelion home to do it on your own!
Join Ellis Nature Centre staff on Saturday, August 15 from 10:30am – 12:00pm as we make dandelion salve! Similar to plantain, dandelion salve is useful for sore muscles, achy and arthritic joints, and rough, chapped skin. We’ll not only teach folks how to make the salve and send you home with some, but you’re welcome to harvest more dandelions to take home with you. This workshop is only $8 per person and 30 spots are available. We recommend registering early to ensure you have a spot in the workshop!
