Bootlegger Brisket Experience
Slow down and enjoy an unforgettable evening at DNA Gardens with the Bootlegger Brisket Experience. Set on the farm, this unique dining event brings together incredible Alberta food, local drinks, and stories inspired by the area’s colorful past.
Savor slow-smoked Alberta brisket served with classic trimmings and finished with a slice of famous Saskatoon pie. Each reservation includes one complimentary beverage, with a choice of house-made fruit wine, locally crafted beer, or a refreshing mocktail.
Throughout the evening, enjoy great conversation, plenty of laughter, and perhaps even a surprise visit from a bootlegger relative looking to stir up a little fun.
Evening Schedule:
- Bar opens: 5:30 PM
- Seating: 6:00 PM
- Dinner: 6:30 PM
- Bar open until 9:00 PM
