This is no ordinary brisket dinner! Come enjoy a mouth-watering 12 hour smoked brisket dinner, complete with homemade fresh buns, coleslaw, roasted veggies, onion salad and a glass of DNA Estate Winery wine. The bar opens at 5;30PM and dinner is served at 6:30 PM. The meal is topped off with our fresh Saskatoon pie, and the bar serving our wine and signature cocktails stays open til 9PM! Prepare yourself for a unique evening which includes story telling on a beautiful farm setting! Join us on Friday July 18th, August 1st, August 15th, and August 29th 2025.
